Roles & Responsibilities
​• Anticipates internal and or external business challenges, vendor and/or regulatory issues; recommends process, product, or service improvements
​• Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business
​• Takes full responsibility for the definition, documentation, and successful completion of complex projects (typically with significant business, political or high-profile impact and high-risk dependencies). Selects methods and tools, using iterative techniques where appropriate, ensuring that effective project control, change control, risk management and testing processes are maintained. Monitors and controls resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget and manages expectations of all project stakeholders.
​• Defines the approach/policy and sets standards for the support provided for managing and monitoring portfolios, programs, and projects. This can also include the governance/management of resources, directing and leading the implementation and ongoing operation of an effective service organization, ensuring delivery of effective services/resources in line with current and planned demand and reviewing the effective provision.
​• Sets direction and leads in the introduction and use of techniques, methodologies, and tools to match overall business requirements (both current and future), ensuring consistency across all user groups
​• Develops financial plans and forecasts. Monitors and manages IT expenditure, ensuring that all IT financial targets are met, and examining any areas where budgets and expenditure exceed their agreed tolerances. Analyzes actual expenditure, explains variances, and advises on options in use of available budget.
​• Leads the definition of a portfolio of programs, projects and/or ongoing service provision. Engages and influences senior managers to ensure the portfolio will deliver the agreed business objectives. Plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on activities related to the portfolio to ensure that each part of the portfolio contributes to the overall achievement of the portfolio. Collects, summarizes, and reports on portfolio KPIs often through the deployment of business management processes and systems. Identifies issues with portfolio structure, cost, risk, interdependencies, impact on current business activities and the strategic benefits to be realized. Notifies projects/programs/change initiatives of issues and recommends and monitors corrective action. Reports on portfolio status

Requirements


Minimum Qualifications


Hybrid – WFH and 1WTC, Work Hours: 8 am – 5 pm. 2 -3 days a week. This position has the opportunity for an extension - Local candidates only 6 month contraact


8-10  yrs experience program management

Experience with cloud background: Tools/ Technology: Cloud platform (AWS, Snowflake)

Stakeholder engagement

Program strategy

Coordinating progress, risk and impediment mitigation.

Should be able to work in a fast paced set up and navigate ambiguity if required.


Required Skills

Great communication skills and ability to articulate and present out.

Run program portfolio and strategy.

Bring team along for clear milestones and progress.

Overall planning, cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement

Budget management.

Vendor engagement experience
