About the Role
Overview:
seeking a Senior IT Systems Architect (Architect, Systems CSA). The Senior IT Systems Architect will define technical standards and design specifications for a specialized technical area. This individual will be working with both the U.S. and Japanese teams to summarize requirements and develop systems. Provides creative and effective solutions to problems and assists in the development of policies and procedures. Has a thorough knowledge of the functional area, works independently and interacts with peer-level employees. May provide input into establishing annual objectives for the function.
This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 7 years of related experience
Sales management experience
Financial/Accounting experience a plus
Oracle 11g / 12g /19c databases thorough hands-on experience on SQL, PL/SQL
Linux and Shell scripting knowledge
Autosys Job Schedulers
Hands-on experience with Java, JSP, J2EE
Knowledge of the IBM Integration Bus introduction is a plus
Operation/Implementation of Sales Management System
Excellent written and oral communication skills between English and Japanese is required
Skills: IT Systems Architect, Sales management experience, Oracle 11g / 12g /19c databases thorough hands-on experience on SQL, PL/SQL, Autosys Job Schedulers, Linux and Shell scripting knowledge, English and Japanese is required
Responsibilities:
Become a member of the operation team for a USA ERP system called S21.

System Operation
Environment management
Defect correspondence
